. We would love to have you!
We encourage you to start your evening by gathering for a family meal from 5:30 PM to 6:15 PM. This is an excellent opportunity to connect with fellow church members, build relationships, and share in the joy of fellowship. However, we kindly remind parents that during the meal, you are responsible for supervising your children. If your child is checked in, you can release them to the kids' area at 6:00 PM through the playground entrance.
To help offset the cost of this delicious meal, we kindly request a $5 donation per individual or a $20 donation per family. Your generosity ensures that we can continue to provide these enjoyable meals for our church community. Your contributions are greatly appreciated and go a long way in supporting our fellowship activities. Thank you for your understanding and support!
To ensure the safety of all children, please make sure your child has a tag before they engage in any activities.
Parents who plan to stay for the family meal have the option to check in their kids before dinner, but they will be responsible for supervising them until 6:00 PM
. At 6:00 PM, children who are already checked in can proceed to the kids' area through the playground. For parents who arrive after 6:00 PM or choose not to attend the family meal but want their kids to join us, please head to the check-in table to ensure your child receives a tag. We greatly appreciate your cooperation in these procedures, as they help us maintain a secure and enjoyable environment for all our young participants. For Parents Not Attending the Family Meal or MDWK activities:
If you are unable to attend the family meal but would like your kids to enjoy dinner with us, please drop them off between 6:00 PM and 6:15 PM, and we will ensure they are taken care of. It's important to note that your child does not have to eat with us to participate in the activities; all are welcome to join in the fun!
We want to emphasize that while we encourage parents to stay and actively participate in our activities alongside their kids and students, it is not a requirement. We value your presence and involvement, but we understand that schedules can be busy. Please know that your children and students are more than welcome to participate in our MDWK activities regardless of whether you can attend.
We are looking forward to a fantastic Midweek program filled with spiritual growth and community bonding. If you have any questions or need further information, please feel free to reach out to us at firstname.lastname@example.org
